So I was super pumped because I had a appoint with Dr Miami. If you're on ig then you know he's the guy that's responsible for all the amazing backsides that we see. He uses a technique called a Brazillian Butt Lift, which is basically transferring fat via lipo from your stomach, hips, thighs to your buttocks. He also does breast implants and other surgeries. Now before you start judging, let's be clear that I've had four kids. So while I'm not complaining because God has definitely blessed me with the snap back, I still need and am entitled to a little help. Anyhoo, the appointment was great. No plans on doing anything I knock out baby #5 though 😁!

So every time I go to Miami I always try and take the kids somewhere where they can be "one"with nature. We've been going to Miami for 5 or 6 years now, so finding somewhere new isn't easy. But thanks to IG I found this place and is amazeeeee. you get to get up close and personal with the animals, all in private groups. I can't wait to go back next year!!!
Next time I'll just go to bed...
I already don't go to clubs unless I'm in Vegas. But since it was my bday I felt like what the heck, let's go to LIV. Um horrible decision. I hated my table, the crowd, the DJ. Sheez the only thing I liked was my company. And I guess that's all that matters.
I can not believe I'm almost at the end of my thirties! When I say thirties are the best ever, I really mean it. I swear I wish I never had to age past now because I have truly had some of the best years of my life after I turned 30. As a person you just know so much more about yourself and what you want. And as a parent I've really enjoyed watching the kids mature and also come into their own. And of course there's the new baby, which is my only baby in my thirties, and has given me a new appreciation for parenting. I for one plan on cherishing every day I have on this Earth, as we all know nothing is promised. So this birthday and every bday I give thanks to God for my health and the ability to turn another year. And I plan on turning up all week long 😜!

The snap back is real and I can thank God and my mom for those amazing genes. But I also work hard at making sure that my belly doesnt have signs of the four babies that I have. That's not as easy as it looks. I have a recti diastsis that I developed after the birth of my second daughter. In case you dont know what that is, it's when your stomach muscles separate and it usually happens to women during pregnancy (though that isnt the only time it can occur). Let's just say I had never even heard of it before I developed one and I was devasted to say the least when I realized that my stomach would never be "flat" again. I went to several docs that told me the only way to fix it would be through surgery, particularly through a tummy tuck, which scared me more than the diastasis itself. So I researched and found that by binding your belly and doing the Tupler techinique exercises ( a special set of exercises created to help close a diastasis), you could make your diastatis almost invisible. So what you see has come a longggg way. And I'm proud of myself. To any of you who have this problem, I know your pain. And for those who have no idea what I'm talking about, consider yourselves blessed. But know that if you do, you dont have to have surgery to get your stomach back. I'm walking proof of it.
